Our terms and Conditions.


A&B Mowing Terms

1. Scope of Services: A&B Mowing ("we", "us", "our") provides professional lawn mowing and related services to residential and commercial properties within the designated service area.


2. Service Description: Our lawn mowing services include but are not limited to mowing grass to a specified height, edging along sidewalks and driveways, and blowing grass clippings from paved surfaces.


3. Scheduling and Access: Clients must provide clear access to the property on scheduled service dates. Any obstructions or barriers hindering access to the lawn must be removed or addressed before our arrival. The Monthly Plan will receive service for the Front and sides if the backyard is not accessible.


4. Weather Conditions: We monitor weather conditions closely. In the event of inclement weather, such as heavy rain or lightning storms, we may need to reschedule services for safety reasons. Clients will be notified of any schedule changes promptly.


5. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for removing any debris, toys, or other items from the lawn before scheduled service times. Pets should be kept indoors or secured during mowing to ensure safety.


6. Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Payment will run end of the day to your debit credit card, or ACH account. 


7. Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.


8. Quality Assurance: We strive for excellence in every job we undertake. If clients are dissatisfied with the quality of our work, they should contact us within 24 hours, and we will make every effort to address their concerns promptly.


9. Liability: While we take precautions to prevent property damage, we cannot be held liable for damages resulting from factors beyond our control, such as hidden obstacles or underground utilities.


10. Safety: Our team adheres to strict safety protocols during mowing operations. Clients should maintain a safe distance from mowing equipment and avoid entering the work area while services are being performed.


11. Insurance Coverage: We maintain comprehensive liability insurance coverage to protect both our company and our clients in the event of accidents or property damage.


12. Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in writing or via electronic communication.
